Basic Green Smoothie
The name conveys that it’s a healthy and well balanced diet. And the thing is Green smoothies are the best thing to start your morning.
The needed ingredients are 2 to 3 bananas (frozen), one cup of spinach, one cup of coconut water and if you need you can have 3 to 4 dates as per you sweetness (optional).
The procedure is very simple and easy. First you need to freeze the bananas overnight or for six hours. This will add more texture to our smoothie. After getting the frozen bananas add them with Spinach, coconut water into a blender. Blend them together until you get the perfect consistency.
And finally add some ice cubes to the smoothie.
Serve it cold..!!!
