Tender Coconut Payasam
Tender Coconut Payasam or Elaneer Payasam It is a delicious, smooth dessert made by simmering milk with tender coconut water, tender coconut pulp, sugar, condensed milk and flavored with cardamom powder. It can be translated as Tender Coconut Kheer which is especially meant for festivals and functions. The needed ingredients are, Half cup of tender coconut pulp, one cup tender coconut water, one cup of milk, 3 to 4 tablespoons of condensed milk, cardamom powder (if needed), cashew nuts (as per your need) and half teaspoon or ghee. The procedure is so simple that you can make it within 20 to 25 minutes. The first step is to boil the milk and let it gets thicker than normal. Continue the process for about five minutes.
